This package is designed exclusively for children and can be customized with any theme of your choice! Setup Time Required: 2.5 hours (Please include setup time when booking your venue.) ⸻ 🛏️ Package Details This package includes accommodations for up to 8 children (including the birthday child). Additional children can be added for an extra fee. Included: • Tents & air mattresses ⸻ ⏰ Event Duration The package includes 3 hours of event time. To avoid additional charges, the event must remain within this timeframe. • Additional time: $50 per hour ⸻ 🎈 Decor & Setup Includes • 1 Treat table or pedestals with backdrop, curtains & balloons • 8 children’s tents with air mattress, sheet & throw blanket • Floor banner • Custom coloring books with crayons or activity placemats with dry erase markers • Custom candy boxes (candy not included) • Custom beverages for children • Lap tray for each child • 1 LED letter for each child’s name • 1 LED number (birthday age) • Themed décor & props • 2 dozen treats • 2 dozen party favors • Uplighting ⸻ ✨ Add-Ons Enhance your event with these optional upgrades: • Digital Invitation – $20 • Video Invitation – $40 • Soft Play / Kid’s Play Area • Arch Backdrops – $200 • Additional Treats/Favors – $40–$55 per dozen • Floor Decal/Banner (price varies by size) • Candy Cart – $150 • Throne Chair – $100 (Kid Throne Chair – $50) • Name Table – starting at $100 • LED Name – $55 per letter • Backdrop (see tab for options) ⸻ 📌 Booking Reminder When reserving your venue, be sure to include setup time as part of your booking window. Example: If your event starts at 5:00 PM and requires 2.5 hours of setup, you should book your venue starting at 2:30 PM.
